Shillingford, Lillian I., Shillingford, Lillian I., 90 of Palermo, NJ went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at The Shores at Wesley Manor in Ocean City, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she lived most of her life in Runnemede, NJ and was a resident of Palermo, NJ for 33 years. Mrs. Shillingford was a proud Mother and Homemaker. She was a former member of Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church. Beloved wife of the late William H. Shillingford, Sr. Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn A. Hanson and her husband Donald of Castleton, VT, Norma A. Wallace and her husband David of Palermo, NJ, a son, William H. Shillingford, Jr. and his wife Diane of Swainton, NJ, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and was a Foster Mother of 30. Her Funeral Service will be offered Monday morning at 11 o’clock from The Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo, 644 South Shore Road, Palermo, NJ where friends may call from nine o’clock until the time of service. Burial will be at three o’clock in the afternoon at Hill Crest Memorial Park, Hurffville, NJ.
